Answer to your first question, generally yes because you really have no conscious reason to lie and things generally tumble out however there generally rash and often stupid things that the person can't remember or regrets saying later and so in answer to the second question, he probably still likes you but love is so cliche now and he may not mean it in the way you think

About 80% of people drunk say what is on their minds when drunk. But, when drunk u know right form wrong! So, with that he may realizes that you were the best thing in his life! Ask him when he is sober! I guess the big question is. DO U WANT HIM BACK?

People when drunk dont have that kickness to think about how to answer, so they just say whats in mind, and that is mostly the truth. i would say a 95% of what they say is true when their drunk.

People say all kinds of crap when they are drunk. I wouldn't know if it was the truth or not. Quite frankly, I would rather here it when the person is sober, it would certainly mean more.

you are vunerable when you drink as your 'shield' is temporarily removed ... you speak the truth & alot of mixed up stuff too you will find yourself in time, with life experiences , nothing to be ashamed of there .. x i gave up drinking a year ago ... saves the hassles & i dont enjoy it any more ... 20 years .. got bored ;)

as much as this is awful to hear, one of my best friends told me that drunk words are sober thoughts.

Granted, thoughts may not always be true, they may be out of malice.
