feet, knees, thighs, hips, sides, stomach, armpits, neck and back.
Just don't dig your fingers in too hard, be respectful of her limits and keep it fun for her.

id say in the neck,its more of a flirtatious way to tickle a woman,if youd tickle me in the neck id probably just giggle tho,so if you want a real lol laugh,id have to tell you to go for the sides of the waist...its more of a friendly way to tickle someone so it depends on your relationship or history with the girl
