it is actually my sisters credit but i really donot want it to affect her........what to do????????

Sounds to me like you did not appreciate your sister helping you. It is pretty sorry of you to even consider damaging her credit, when all she has done is try to help your sorry ***..

Return it to whom? The dealer does not want the car back, and unless it was a buy-here pay-here lot, they have nothing to do with the financing.
You should have never talked your sister into borrowing the money. You know you have bad credit for some reason, right? If you default you will RUIN her credit for 3-7 years.
1. Talk to your sister. Be honest tell her the situation. She needs to monitor this loan every month.
2. Can you find some way to make extra payments and get the loan paid off.
3. Can you sell the car? Probably not, unless you make some aggressive payments to get the balance down.

Sell it and pay it off. That is the only way to protect her credit.
