I want to cook something simple and easy for my girlfriend, we got into a fight and I want to make it up by having a late night dinner ready for her when she gets off. She is not a picky eater, I just want it to be simple, yet something to show that I did put some effort into it! Thanks in advance!!

Appetizer: If u wanna go simple, chop some romaine lettuce, buy some packaged croutons and then pour some ceaser dressing.
Main Course: Probably some sort of pasta (easiest way to go) and jarred tomato sauce so its really simple then chop some fresh basil and put in on top.
Dessert: Make something romantic like chocolate covered strawberries or a piece of chocolate cake.
Hope I helped! Good Luck!

Go to the store and buy some plain fish such as tilapia and buy a bag of frozen vegetables - whatever is her favorite, and Uncle Ben's 90 second rice. Go home and dip the fish in egg and then in bread crumbs. Then sprinkle these dried herbs if you have them - dried basil, parsley flakes, rosemary leaves. Or just sprinkle italian seasoning on them. Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then microwave the veggies and rice and there you have it! Buy brownies or chocolate too. She'll love ya if you get some chocolate for dessert. Good luck:)

Put some chicken on the BBQ, than top it with some pasta sauce and a piece of cheese on top.

For the side, cut up some potatoes, boil them, than throw them in the frying pan. When they are getting brown, toss in some seasoning, oregeno, perhaps some seasoning salt.

Boil some water, toss in some carrots or vegitables for a while.

I think this would come out to a nice meal.

Set the table with a candle, dim the lights and your all set.

This is the perfect quick meal. Get some egg noodles and boil them until to your desired texture. Then put them in a bowl and some butter and paramesan cheese and a little garilc. It taste really great just add some bread and that's a quick pasta treat.

You can't go wrong with Italian food. Put on some soft music and light a couple of candles.

just do a nice salad, some garlic bread and pasta and sauce. Light some candles and put on some nice music. She'll appreciate the thought.

Frozen lasagna and garlic bread, with a side salad. If she's into wine, buy a bottle of Chianti. (Otherwise, maybe sparkling grape juice to make it more romantic.)
