My cousin spends all this money on clothes like designer brands and she cant even pay her rent!!! i want to tell her to stop but she never listens what should i do??

Nothing, she gets to make her mistakes and learn from them. You get free learning from watching her. Don't be a control freak, live your own life.

The best thing to do is let her get kicked of her place out and hopefully she'll learn a very important lesson! On balancing her money!

Let her live on the streets a while, at least she will have layers of clothes to keep her warm.

She has to learn for herself, nothing you do can change her.
And never lend her money even if she says I'll pay you back tomorrow, she won't.
