I know you can make big moola with these designer dog breeds, so I was trying to think up something unique that I could have a monopoly on for this Christmas season.

I thought up a few new breeds I've never heard of before:
PooPoo: Half Poodle and half Poodle. These dogs are guaranteed to shed minimally and be great for people with allergies.

LabraLab: Half Labrador Retriever and half Labrador Retriever. These Christmas puppies make great family pets. The breeds behind both parents are well-known for their fabulous dispositions.

PomPom: Half Pomeranian and Half Pomeranian. Guaranteed not to shed any more than either parent.

What do you think? Do you think these will be the newest, biggest craze?

animallovinggirlie: Rest assured, the AKC is not registering mutts. Likely the seller didn't have a clue what he was talking about. Maybe lying, or possibly the parents are AKC registered and he's trying to fool the buyers.

The KC is much more welcoming of mutts than AKC. You all have Scruffts, and you even let mutts compete in obedience and stuff, don't you? The only thing AKC lets mutts compete in is Canine Good Citizen.

drb, you have it all wrong.

It depends which one you copyright first. I haven't copyrighted a Bullbull yet, so feel free to breed your Bulldog with your Bulldog or your Bullmastiff with your Bullmastiff or your Bull Terrier with your Bull Terrier.

Choose which one best fits the Bullbull and milk it for all it's worth. All the other Bullies will have to think up their own name for the new designer breed. Like Bull Terrier Bull. Or Bullbull Dog. Or Mastiff Bull?

Good luck making money off your Bullbull this holiday season!

I want my PooPoo to be standard Poo in Front and Miniature Poo in back, you know, for smaller poop! Is that possible? If so, sign me up!

Oh...you should make a fortune in a very short time offering these up just at the holidays! Everyone must know that there isn't a better time to bring a new puppy into the home than on Christmas eve when packages are being opened, food is sitting around everywhere, drinks are sitting on coffee tables and sometimes even the floor. There is tinsel, ribbons, gift wraps galore! Perfect time to introduce that 8 week old puppy!

I would also like to add that AKC does not register any mixed breed (designer breeds) dogs! Now the Continental Kennel Club will, they will register anything as long as you pay the registration fees.

That's such a great idea, that I was trying to come up with my own, not to infringe on any copyrights or anything. But I got really confused. Maybe you can help.

I bred a Bull Terrier with a Bull Terrier and got a BullBull. I did the same thing with two Bulldogs, and two Bullmastiffs. Now I have all these BullBull puppies, but I don't know which is which. Please help me sort out all the BullBulls.

Oh, and can we breed one of your PooPoos to one of my BullBulls and get a BullBulPooPoo? Or maybe it should just be called a BullPoo.

To Kat - "I'm not trying to be a smart@$$... maybe you all know something I don't."

What these people have that you don't is a sense of humor.

To animallovinggirlie - "omg i was looking up dog breeds earlier, and im amazed as to how many MUTS the AKC are registering things like weirmapoos"

YGYAMU. You've got your acronyms mixed up. AKC does not register anything but pure bred dogs, you might be thinking of another club.

To Nichole R - "What you just described are called PURE BREED DOGS!!!"
and ditzi_k - "half poodle/half poodle... uh, isn't that a full blooded poodle?"

Captain Obvious meet Math Champ. Don't take things so seriously.

Stina you crack me up!

I definately want a Labralab when you have them, I will pay whatever you price them at, I want the newest designer breed there is.

Carrie says who knows what crazy color you may get. This is the one I want, if you get one, the front yellow, a choclate center, and a black behind, lol! This should be great! Let me know when you get one LOL.

To "BOSS": Well said. People really need to lighten up and not take this so seriously ;)

As a Pug lover, I must insist on the PugleMug (1/2 Fawn Pug, 1/2 Black Pug)--should come out with a more pronounced mask making the little characters look like they're ready to hold up a bank or something.

I also have a Lab and would love a LabraLab to complete my set.......

Great ideas.....!

I get dibs on the Shiashit!!! Shih tzu and Shih Tzu of course. I just heard a statement from a person that claims they know dogs really well. She said her VET told her that a Shih Tzu is a cross between a Lasa Apso and a Pekingnese. I about Pooed in my pants with laughter. I asked her if her vet SERIOUSLY told her that and she swore on the Holy Bible. I am flabergasted at that if a CERTIFIED VET is telling some one that!!! YIKES.

I love it!!! Do you realize how much money you will make?! All your Christmas dreams will come true!!! Maybe you can breed PitPits and WeimerWeimers too....I think they'd sell but their names need to be more gimicky. How does a LabraLab compete with a shitzapoo?! Although I thought all dogs shitzapoo but whatever......love this question, thanks for the laugh

I am so excited this is the best idea I've heard all year. One question though, if I get two PomPoms does that atomatically make me a cheerleader. Will they be ready for Christmas so I can get everyone I know one without finding out what kind of dog they want or if they even want one first.

Will they come with their own diamond encrusted collar, gucci handbag and chauffer driven merc. Then I'll have six please. But you need to take them back when they are all used up and can't have any more litters. Are 12 litters each enough do you think?

Oh but you need to change the name - maybe oodleoop or manianmop as I'm not allowed to use the poo word.

And is 48 a great hip score or what?

Great question roflmao!!!
