I really want abbs! But I want them quick. Sit ups seem to hurt my back a lot, so is there any other way?

Have you ever tried Hip Hop Abs. It's an exercise video that works your abs through dance moves and aerobics. It's really fun and totally works. I have been doing it for a month now and I have seen really good results.

exercise exercise exercise Anything that causes you to use the ab muscles, crunches, sit up, hang and lift you legs. Sit with feet on floor and crunch you abs in a siting position.
