If your stomach hurts and growling horribly and you fainted; you might be having an episode of low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. These and coupled with the sneezing; you might be having the early symptoms of a flu. Sneezing could also be attributed to some allergic reaction or some sinus congestion.

Well, I suspect you should go see a Dr. None of us are Dr. in here that I know of. It could or could not be something serious, go ask a professional. Don't take any chances with pains in the tum tum
