and all of my friends and I gave her gifts and one of them gave her in the morning since he missed her birthday and he made a comment about her already wearing them and i said Oh like you wear mine too. Should i apologize or just forgot it. I think she took it to heart.

You seem like a nice guy. Well if you think you should apologize then maybe you should.If she looked like she felt bad after or even a little embarassed i think you should apologize.You obviously feel guilty so to ease your guilty conscious you should apologize only you know the right thing to do. ;)
