Ok see i met this guy @ a party this past weekend and well we danced for a while and before the party was over we walked outside to take a walk and talk. We ended up giving eachother a kiss and before i left he gave me his # because he didnt have his cell with him. he told me to txt him so he could have my # which i did and the next day we txt eachother for a while yet he still hasnt called what do i do? should i call him?

Yea, you can call him. It wouldn't hurt. I know that some guys would rather text then talk on the phone. If you dont get an answer when you call, try texting him again. Myabe he was busy. Just ask him when is a good time to call so you can talk.

Ok, here is what you do.
About 3 years ago, I was dating a guy named Derrick. We met the same way you did, except the kissing part, we just talked and he gave me his number....
Anyways, he would only text me, and never call, so here are a few things that I did to get him to call me more often than texting...
1.)Tell him that texting was costing a fortune.
2.)It's easier to have a conversation while talking rather than texting, because you can say or hear more things with feeling/emotion/love...
3.)Tell him that you would like him to call you after you finish school/work/... This might encourage him more to talk to you on the phone, to ask you about your day...

maybe he's shy that he will say something stupid when hes on the phone with you. Also, he may think it's too soon to call (there's the old rule that a guy should wait 3 days before calling a girl) so wait and see if it gets to be like a week and you haven't heard from him. but dont worry yet, there's still hope!
i dont think u should be the one to call him. wait for him to!

you sound nervous. he gave you his number for a reason so give him a call. i love when girls call me back..but dont call right away. desperation is anatractive. dont text him for a full day and see what he does. if he text you then text him back and ask him if hes busy and if its ok to call. write that you kinda miss him. if he doesnt text you just call him the next day but seem like its no big deal..kind of rush just say that you wanted to say hi real quick and he should give you a call back in a little bit. lol let him be nervous to call now :)

Sure why not? where did you kiss him? on the lips or on the cheek? either way, if a guy's willing to walk with you after the party to have a talk and you guys exchange #'s then calling him shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Depending on your guy..
If you feel he's the type of guys who are shy, not so self-confident and maybe asking himself your very same question, then go ahead and take a step: Call him!
But, if you know by heart he's been around girls much, he's easy confident and he's probably watching TV and playing his game waiting for your call which he knows you will do.. Then don't call him.. He won't accept a defeat so he will be the one who calls :D

Wouldn't hurt to give him a call. If he doesn't respond in a few days, then don't get hung up all over him and move on.
