Ringworm is spread by contact, so if you pet a dog with it, and then pet another dog, you may have spread it. Plus, it can be caught by humans easily.
You must wash your hands after petting an infected dog. If you have a dog with it, separate it from the others until you get it under control.
There is a shampoo called Melaseb that is recommended. You can also use miconazole cream, which can be found in athlete's foot section at the store, or yeast infection meds.
Make sure it is the miconazole, and apply it 4 times a day.
Shampoo with melaseb once a day or every other day. The shampoo can be purchased at the vet, or online.
The best way to prevent it is to have clean, dry conditions where your puppies live, whether it's a crate or playpen, keep it clean and dry. Wash the whole thing out once a week with a mild bleach solution, and then just use a good cleaner once a day to wipe it clean.

Ringworm is a fungus that can be transmitted from one animal to another or from the environment. There is a latent period where the animal can have ringworm but not be showing signs of it. The spores get on the skin and then grow. If you think that you have been in contact with ringworm, you can use isopropyl alcohol or bleach , spray it on the area and let it air dry. Hope this helps!

Ringworm is not a fungus, it is a living parasite worm that lives under the skin. Follow the same procedure for fleas and get rid of anything your other dog came in contact with.

I'd go to the vet and ask about ringworms and other parasites that could harm your puppies just in case. I'm sure that they will help you. I guess you could also look on the internent.

Although ringworm is contagious, it often is caught by those who have least resistance to it.
I'd recommend giving your dogs cod liver oil as a supplement. In my experience, this does wonders for skin health.

Its not really a worm. It is an infection that forms a ring like mark. It is not a fatal infection. I would not worry about it unless you are raising show dogs.
