What is the difference between the Standard and the Student and Teacher version of Microsoft Office for Mac?

I am looking to buy Microsoft Office for Mac and noticed the big difference in price between the two versions I just asked about. What is the difference? What features are missing in either one? What are the pros and cons?

All these versions contain the same full programs of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Entourage. There are no missing features.

Professional version also includes Virtual PC for Mac.

Student and Teacher licensing is for Qualified Educational Users. If you qualify it is the best way to buy Office.
