I really want to know if the Olevia 232v is a good tv. I can't get any other tv because that one was only 400. I am wondering if I should tell my mom to bring it back and I could get more games. Or get both and not get much else.

normally i would say get the tv because a PS3 only looks like PS2 without it but it seems like this tv has problems with the HDMI port and this is a must if you want a true HI-DEF experience. so this time buy the games or get a different TV.

If the Olevia t.v. that you're talking about is an HDTV, I would go with the PS3 and the Olevia t.v., but if the t.v. isn't HD, go with the PS3 with a bunch of games.
Even though I really want to tell you to get the PS3 with a bunch of games, a good HDTV is really good to have to experience PS3 games to the fullest, but a regular t.v. will work just fine as well. You can always save up some money and buy a bunch of PS3 games in no time.
