Salmon, if you consider it a type of meat, is the healthiest. It's considered a "super food", as it contains tons of essential oils and vitamins that are very beneficial for one's body.

Chicken isn't bad for you though, if it's organic and fresh.

It's healthier than red meat. Chicken is actually poultry. Fish is also good.

No, actually, if you consider fish meat as a meat its a lot healther. Turkey is also healthier, and rabbit meat, though so much less nutritious (and also not popular) is not as fattening.

No not really. Fish for ezample like SALMON has Omega 3. Which is good for you. Chicken as far as I know has no quality nutrients.
