it is needed to wear the spectacles?

I have affected short sight and weared glass. I am an data entry operator. When i am working it is needed to wear the spectacles?

The Data Entry Operator performs data entry of all new memberships, membership renewals, conference and seminar registrations, and associated cash receipts. Responsible for performing master file updates such as address changes and any other assigned data entry functions as necessary. High priority placed goals related to quality and service in a team-oriented environment.

To qualify, a high school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in data entry and/or computer operations. Strong interpersonal skills are needed to understand and relate to a wide range of customers. Overall PC keyboarding proficiency with good knowledge of a Windows environment, association software knowledge preferred.

You should wear eyeglasses as you're shortsighted. This job requires close PC work. It might give you eyestrain and headaches. Besides; you need eyeglasses to be able to read the figures.
