Yoga, Tai Chi, and any other meditative/visualization exercises that centralizes concentrates or relaxes flow of energy. You must be centered spiritually to achieve progress, it is a harmony in body and mind. I don't think in terms of being drained as much as I feel like my energy is trapped or stuck in a part of my body; I need to redirect it in order to move forward without conflict.

You know, I think it differs within each of us as we all come from different faiths.

Personally, I look at it as a time for me to reconnect with God. I will go to church, read the Bible, pray and just spend more time with my family - whether it's talking with my mother about anything, spending time with my father or just phoning a relative of mine who I haven't spoke with in a while.

How do you recharge?

I think of all my blessings throughout my life and thank God.

It is funny how you take things for granted, but when you look back, you see how much you should be thankful for.
