Has anyone ever used Rockwool to root cuttings. I am fairly new at this, but at my first attempt have had MUCH better results. What I need to know is, what about when the roots get tangled in the wool? Is there a way to make the removal process more gentle on the roots? Any advice about Rockwool in general would be greatly appreciated as this will probably be my only choice to rooting cuttings in the future.

Never try to separate the little plant from its cube. The cube is meant to stay with the plant throughout its life.
Always wear a mask when handling this material as it is not good to breath it in.
