Hey guys. Im about to turn 22 and i've been on a few dates but im still a virgin and plan to be one until i get a ring. I always thought it was a good thing but now it seems like the second a guy finds that out i either become boring or a challenge. Mabye that's me being paranoid so i'm asking the guys out there...would you think twice about dating a girl you knew you couldn't have sex with?

I am a female and would not date a guy who thought this way, not because of the sex, but because my values would be so much different that we would probably not be compatible. You just need to find a guy that values virginity as much as you do. It will probably be a difficult find, but if it is that important to you then keep looking

I am a guy and I would not think twice about accepting a date from a woman, who didn't want to take it to sex. Every date and hookup shouldn't always involve sex anyways.

Just for reference, would you have other forms of physical affection with the guys like making out?

Honestly, yes they do. No matter what they say: "sure I'll respect you".............don't believe it! As guys grow up, the desire is there to find the girl for "right now", not Ms. Right.
But when the time comes for finding THE ONE woman he wants to take home to meet his parents..........he wants a woman he can respect and cherish. Will that be the "community chest" or the one woman who says she wants HIM to be her first, and ONLY man???

Good Luck.

No. It shouldn't matter to him. And if it does, than he's not the right guy for you. He should date you and like you for who you are.
