Questions about A&E's kids "knowing" each other are worth a drink.
While it is true that Cain's wife was from another city, and Genesis 6 establishes Sons of God (ie: mud men) mating with Daughters of Man, the Apocrypha on the subject clearly substantiates that there was incest among A&E's numerous children, only three of which are named in the Torah.

Plain and simple, there were no Adam and Eve. At least not the ones mentioned in the biblical story of creationism. One only has to have their DNA checked and one's ancestral roots can be traced with relative accuracy going back thousands of years. Science has found an explanation as to why there are different races, colors of skin, and other physical features.
You have answered your question on your own. It didn't happen. At least not the way the bible tells you. You would have to believe that God arbitrarily decided one day to make incest, or mixing of genes, a sin. In that case it would mean that God changed his mind. Why would an all-knowing being need to change its mind? Its a fallacy within itself...an all-knowing entity that made a mistake.
If it were a matter of God knowing that incest would lead to genetic malfunctions, why wouldn't he have made a group of people to begin with instead of just two? Another mistake, or simply a story that did not happen?

It's just a stupid story that wasn't really thought out well.
We know the world wasn't flooded, we know there were other people before Adam and Eve and Noah.
These are the 2 biggest lie that people believe, and I'm still try to figure out why!!
It's BS and not very good BS.
Hell I can make up a lot better story than this.
If there was no flood then how can anyone believe anything the Jewish historians say? Wake up people.
Logic before any god(s).

Adam and Eve had about 50 children and they lived to be hundreds of years old. The bloodline was pure with very few mutations and incest was possible.

They procreated with each other, of course. It is only with the entrance of sin that the bloodlines broke down where you get serious deformities and such from inbreeding. This close to the fall, that wasn't an issue.

well from what i herd, they would obveously had to have mated with themselves. but back then God allowed inter-family relations since how would they get the population going. It wasnt untill the days of Moses when that was forbidden and God would curse the infants of those who did. (what we see as birth defect now) Since now we need diffrent strands of Genes and DNA information to creat life. Back then i dont think that rule applied because of the will of God and his supernaturality
I could have said something wrong but i know thats hw it happened. in greater detail i do not know

I sincerely think "you know"
1Cr 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
