Can a psychiatrist come to someone who is physically handicapped?

This person is a physically handicapped senior citizen living in Southern California. I was wondering if any mental health workers can come to her home.

She ( or her family) would have to talk to her physician about this. Home health care could be arranged if it is needed, but only a physician can order it.

Yes that is possible. If you were living in ventura county you could use the 211 or else you can try 911. I think 911 they help people who are mentally ill but if the person is handicap I would recommend you see a psychiatrist and work out something.
