*cough* Everyone who thinks why? Its because I am helping run the school snack shack where kids buy food and drinks and snacks and stuff. Its really good.

We have "Bargain Bins"

Most of our stores have bulk bins, but they are rarely much cheaper, particularly when they are on special.

Costco and Sam's Club sell food in bulk.
Some health food stores like Whole Foods Market and Central Market have plastic bins that carry dry goods like flour, nuts, granola, dried fruits, etc... which sell by the pound so you can get as little or as much as you want, but it usually doesn't come cheap when buying big.
