Im 16, 5'7 about 140 lbs. I can see my abs. and I do work on them, if I flex they are as hard as a rock, but I cant really see the six pack form, its like the area where my belly button is has fat on it, How can I lose like 2% body fat?

Eat more protein, vegetables, and fruit. When body builders want to get rid of fat to show off their muscles, they start popping hard boiled eggs and chicken breasts. Avoid starches (like potatoes, bread, beer, etc.) and all sugar, and after about 1-2 weeks you'll start to lose the belly fat. Hope that helps!

you cant work that off, the only way to lose a belly is to diet it down, try eating and then exercising, and when u exercise and then eat its to gain muscle, drink alot of acids, like pineapple amd orange it helps burn doewn fats in ur stomch and take that belly away. Lay off the beers too, thats the thing that gives you most belly! and sodas. no chips and no sodas = no belly
