i think that he likes me as so many of u do to but how do i ask him out if he wont ask me?

Ask him out for coffee or to go go-cart racing.... someplace neutral so he won't completely know you are interested, if he likes you he will take it from there...
When you ask, try to make it NOT sound like a date, just a casual outting between friends.

well I have had girls ask me out in the past and the most annoying thing in the world is when they have their friends ask for them so DO NOT DO THAT!!!! just casually go up to him start with hi and maybe a little conversation, do not just go up and ask. after hi or conversation just casually say I really like you and would like to maybe go out with you or something. so try that, tell me how it goes!

Wait for him to make the first move, unless it's been like, forever that you've known he's liked you. :) Good luck, I'm having the same problem but I'm waiting for him ~ sometimes it can ttake a while, most guys are afraid of being rejected.
