Everybody is completely different, some people need heaps and some hardly any. That's why if you do find some protein recommendations they will all be different.

It usually depends and your genetic tendency based on what your ancestors ate for hundreds of years. Usually people from colder climates need more protein and from warmer climates less.

for a girl not trying to gain muscle and trying to lose weight it's around 1gram for every 2-3lbs you weigh every day, maybe a little less.
