All Americans deserve Health Care Coverage just like the services provided by most other countries (socialist and capitalist).

Corporal Punishment is non-productive.

How would you respond if someone suggested the government stop funding Police, Fire and Schools. I don't recall those services only being provided to citizens who can afford to pay for them. They are provided by government agencies and funded by taxes. If that isn't socialism, tell me what it is.

If you teach your children when they are small what's right and what's wrong, you won't have to worry about them when they are older. They will have a sound foundation of what to base their decisions on.

Whooping their little asses does not work! Taking their privileges does! Some people get off the hook with their versions of corporal punishment. They don't correct the kid when it could be handled with a few well chosen harsh words, they wait til its practically a full blown nightmare, then they cry "Its not our fault, we did the best that we could, etc.") - That's bullshit, by the way.

Get off the damn phone, take to bonbon/cigarette/beer out of your mouth, get your head out of your ***/tv, quit worrying about what your (wo)man is doing and go correct and/or raise your kids!

I also agree with Michael B on this one (re: health care issue)
