Really, you can't.
ALL cats have nipples. Males and females...spayed or not.

It takes about 90 days for the pregnancy term. She will bulge at the sides and if you gently feel around you can feel some little bundles. She will be looking for a secluded, dark and quiet place to have them so fix her a nice big box where it is comfortable. It is important that there is darkness to protect the little one's eyes. She will get a little restless when she goes into labor. Keep it quiet and calm and keep the little children under a close eye.

You can't!
Perhaps with an internal exam, a vet could tell, I dont know?
But there is no quick way for YOU to know or check.
Does it really matter? Spay her anyway, and then you will know she wont have any in the future!

The teats (nipples) are larger after nursing kittens and remain larger than a cat who has never nursed.

I do not know if a vet can tell-probably- but what is the hurry? If you thought was getting (FAT) SHE probablly just gave birth= but just watch abit-not all animals have the instinct-includibg humans. Just do not keep spooking her! If you know she does not nurse, then take the babies to your vet or a humane society, please!!!

You can't.
If a cat has had kittens recently, its nipples will still be enlarged and distended

Why is this question so imperative? You have to take it to a vet, you can't tell any other way.
