Is there anybody out there that knows the truth... knows that global warming is not a man made thing.... CO2 has nothing to do with the weather or anything else....

you can't say that im the one that is brainwashed... im no tthe one who watches the television or "the inconvieniant truth" and automatically believes them." Open your eyes people... from day one i havent believed this.... and the people that are telling you this aren't scientists and if they are they arent very well known/ respected because they dont know what they are talking about....

I think most scientists involved know that a lot of the warming occurring is just part of a natural cycle that has been going on for thousands of years. However the effect of CO2 in the atmosphere is proven, very real, and does make the warming cycle worse.
I think we should be concerned rather that alarmed. Not much will happen in our lifetimes, other than extreem weather, which we can probably adapt to. So life gives us a bit more challenge and adventure.

I DON'T
I have checked the weather data from 25 military bases in the US going back to 1945.
and i have found no global warming
All these bases had a on duty meteorologist taking by hand the daily reading. "not some unmanned station that is falling apart". Plus the data was taken in areas where there has not been a major change in the area around the site.
Also they were taken by military personal with no global warming agenda.
http://www.norcalblogs.com/watts/weather_stations
then when it was brought to to the governments attention instead of fixing them they pulled the data on where they were.
http://forums.4aynrandfans.com/index.php?showtopic=6682
all this is is a cover up of them taking fake data. and they know it is fake.
LETS JUST GIVE A BIG "THUMBS DOWN" TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT USE THIS DATA TO PROVE GLOBAL WARMING.

Climate science is a complicated subject. Thus it seems rather arrogant to suppose you know the absolute truth of the matter.
But yes, I accept the theory that human emissions of greenhouse gases explains the bulk of the warming observed over the past century and a half.
I have a question for you though. It can be directly observed in laboratory experiments that carbon dioxide acts as a greenhouse gas. So why do you believe that carbon dioxide has no effect on global temperatures?

Global warming is not real? We have not seen milder winters and hotter summers? We are not seeing heat records broke more oten? Most of the US is not suffering from drought conditions? I do how ever feel that global warming and climate change is a natural cycle, however I do feel that with all that we are putting into the environment and deforestation is speeding up the cycle. There is still cause for concern here, but it it questions like this that are getting people to look the other way and not care.

Where do you get your 'truth' from? It's not from scientists, it's not from experts, it's not from those who have studied climate change. I would guess it's from journalists and a handful of individuals.
The simple fact of the matter, which can very easily be proven, is that CO2 (and other greenhouse gases) do cause the planet to warm up. In fact, this property is so essential that if the greenhouse gases didn't trap heat, our planet would be so cold that it would be a ball of ice upon which nothing could ever evolve.
Without the greenhouse effect there would be no life, it's as simple as that. The greenhouse effect is caused by greenhouse gases and inceasing the amount of these gases inevitably causes temperatures to change. This is the basis of global warming and despite the best efforts of skeptics is something that they have never been able to refute (most don't even attempt to).

Global warming isn't something to believe in or not, like God is. If you believe in a God, then you have faith because the existence of God cannot be proven scientifically. Man made global warming, however, is being proven scientifically every day! Therefore, it's not really something you can believe in or not, maybe you just don't understand it and that's why you don't "believe" in global warming?
Do you still believe that the earth is flat?

i do, cause its a natural part of the earths cycle, we havent really sped up the process of warming, just polluted the atmosphere, so its sick for lack of a better word, were actually heading into another ice age, anytime between now and 8000 years or so but the main thing with CO2 is pollution. the planet is not a static object, it moves, spins and tilts, so one would have to look at the greater power, the sun and its gravitational effect on earth.

Many of us realize it is not a "Man Made" event. Those promoting it like to use the "consensus" arguement as if it is scientific fact. And yet, there is no consensus.

If you're so much smarter than everyone else, why don't you form a scientific explanation for why the planet is warming 20 times more rapidly than when it naturally comes out of an ice age if humans are not causing it?
Anyone can say "you're wrong and you're stupid". Unless you can form an intelligent argument, you're not doing any better than the little 5-year-old on the playground who calls another kid a "big stinky doodoohead."

It's pretty complex how all of this climate stuff works...
Ever taken any climatology, meteorology, zoology, biology or environmental studies courses?
If not, then why don't you trust a consensus from thousands of the best minds from all over the planet?
Your the one that's been brain washed buddy...
