You have a lot of friends on here, sweetie. Even if we don't know each other. We are to support anyone.
(except those idiots who made some lousy comments)

When I feel low--and I mean low!!, and if I have no-one to talk to, I try to do a job for myself that I've been putting off. It seems to have a surprisingly empowering effect and often wins out over misery, or I watch a funny video. A good laugh always confuses misery! If you do either of those things, I'm pretty sure you'll feel better.
If there is anything that needs to be or can be discussed with your family and/or boyfriend, try to initiate a discussion, because you are doing something constructive about your problems, and you won't feel so overwhelmed or weak afterwards. You may even have made everything better.
If I knew more details of your situation, it would be easier to cheer you up or help!

Honey think of it like this....you have job....there are so many that don't. You have a family, there are so many that don't, you have a boyfriend and same thing, there are so many that don't. You should be happy for what you have. The homeless people that live under the bridges here in Vegas would give their right arm to change places with you right now. Sorry, if I made you feel worst but just remember....there is always somebody that has it a lot worst then you do. Now look in the mirror and smile!!! Your beautiful!!

Hi Janny and a big hug. Please believe me when I tell you it happens to be best of us. I had one o those last week.Thankfully it did not last for too long. I wish I had a joke to tell you but Im useless at Jokes. But I believe Laughter is the best medicine. There is one guy on here who cheers me up with his jokes. Panos. However. The next best thing to do is to work it out of your system. By that I mean put on your trainers and go for a long jog. (its too late for that if you are in the UK so tomorrow morning) work up a good sweat. Nothing is wrong with a large brandy as it helps to calm the nerve and Im not encouraging you to be an alcoholic. But stay on answers for a while. It takes your mind off thinking about things. ok hun. I hope tomorrow is a better day. lol

hi,
do not worry about crying everyone need a cry now and then. Try and make a list of what wrong and also good things thats going on. if you write the bad things down it will get it out of your system. if you write all the good stuff down then you can have a look at it when you sad and it will cheer you up.
hope you start to feel a bit happier soon,
take care

Think of the people out there in your country or other countries that can not afford to use a computer to look to be cheered up. I bet you even have money in the bank, that in itself would make you among the upper third of financially stable and secure people in the world. You woke up this morning and were able to get out of bed. Rejoice in that there are people out there who could not do that. Feel gloomy go out a get some chocolate ice cream. There are people in this world who have never tasted any ice cream. Be happy for the little joys in life that you can enjoy that others can not even if they wanted to. Life is good.!!!

Hi Janny,
sorry your upset, but things happen for reasons and eventually it will all work out, do you have any hobbies? like read a book or go see a movie, make something creative or even sit down with your favourite food and try out a puzzle to get your mind off things. Going for a walk is also good. Is there a councellor at work you can speak to if it gets bad?

Hope you get happy soon!

you can't control what others do, all you can do is believe in yourself and encourage others to do the same. Let a friend of family member know how you're feeling so you can resolve certain issues. just remeber, the holidays are near so even though, now everything seems to be rushed and complicated, when you accomplish your goals or last until winter vacation everything will seem worth while
