This was a hard learned lesson for me but no, not everybody deserves a second chance no matter how much we may want to give it to them. That being said, I would hope that we're all strong enough and kind enough to recognize those who deserve that second (third or even fourth) chance.

I think a large majority of people for different situations, reasons deserve a second chance BUT also note that there are people who DO NOT deserve one, not even the thought of one. My opinion of course, but honest.

Not at all there are many cases like when a dude rapes his girlfriend that guy deserves to be shot not another chance!!

in some circumstances yes....but you have to be willing to put whatever happened in the past and to move foward to the future or your not living at all, but I think if both parties are serious and truthful about making it work then yes. give it a second chance.
