Well...you don't state what the "flirting" consisted of nor do I honestly believe every person who says "I was pulled over for no reason."

Cops have to have a reason to pull you over.
I have seen policemen give me looks (nice ones) and they didn't pull me over to just flirt with me. They can lose their jobs for this, but I wish hot single cops would do this with me and not ticket me.

Never happened to me. But one of our younger members of the department did it and was fired.
He probably won't have been, but he lied about it after it was reported.

yes it's happened to me ... it was a rookie officer - who changed his tune when i showed him my police id. lol
