stop me or anything and i just got the ticket for 150 due 12-04 issued 11-04 for 150.00 just for stoping in the alley?? why didnt he stop me he was in back when i got in the car!! and let me go didnt say one thng ,now i get this surprice why so much .. should i take it to court or just pay cause hes still wright??i need to find out how much is for stoping in an alley in chgo,ill with emergency lights on too plez police advice

may i add one ticket never had tickets !also didnt they due their job wrong ? why not stop like others dew and put it on the car or give it to me! i no i did wrong but cause they are cops its okay!

What this sounds like is you violated the law by stopping your vehicle in a no parking/no loading/no stopping zone.
The reason no stopping is allowed is because a vehicle stopped and unattended could hinder the response of police, fire, or medical personnel in an emergency where someones life depends upon an immediate response.
Blocking the alleyway sure would hinder such a response.
Pay the fine and quit blocking the alleyway....that's TWO tickets for the same offense in less than month! Incredible!!!

If there is no parking allowed in the alley, it means no parking even if your flashers are on. It is for a lot of money because the alley is probably a right of way for fire trucks.

Why don't you just stop at the department and ask them ? or find that cop and ask him why you got the ticket and have him explain why you got it.
