Because the things you want cost money. You like to eat right? You like living in a house or apt right? You like wearing clothing, seeing movies, and driving right? None of those things are free. I guess your parents could pay for everything but that is pathetic, unfulfilling, and just lazy. What would you do when your parents are gone?
Besides, chicks don't dig guys that don't, never had, and never will have a job.

Beats the hell out of me. I do know that if humans weren't given the rules of life including demands to work for a living, humans would rightfully kill one another, due to ignorance and boredom. So, honestly I have no true answer for you. All I have is my opinion......If we didn't have responsibilities, what would we do for ourselves?
