Tooth Flushing? What is that?

I have to get my tooth flushed tomorrow, I had a root canal last week and it started swelling today, and I called my dentist and i have an appointment to go tomorrow and have this procedure done. What does that involve?

It just cleans you're tooth with sterilized anti-bacteria and it will just clean you're whole tooth. It won't hurt.

IT INVOLVES RINSING THE INSIDE OF THE ROOT CANAL WITH ANTIBACTERIAL MEDICATION.
