yeah, any weight will help you, Although, from what I see it looks as if you could be working harder in the weight room, and getting more out of your visits multiple workouts on one area and less per visit will do you much better.
ex: monday-chest and arms
same bench set
same curl set
incline bench set
preacher curl set
barbell bench set
cable curl set

tues- shoulders and abs
pulldown set
incline board set
shoulder press set
floor abs set
barbell raises set (out to the sides)
leglift set

wed-tri's and legs
three tricep workouts mixed in with three leg workouts

thurs-break/cardio only

fri-chest and biceps
sat-shoulders and abs
etc... etc...
also from week to week or even every time change out at least one workout for each group
ex.: instead of decline bench on chest day do barbell bench.

the key is to mix up your workouts, never do the same thing day to day and week to week.

You should also try to get faster and longer than him in endurence. Do cardio at the end of every day for at least 15min. intensivly.
On your day off you should hit plyos hard! ask your weights coach to set you up with some plyometrics.
The protein sounds fine, probably more than you need (if it has 60g's) but that should be ok, you'll just burn the rest.

Final tips:
your bench and curl weights are too low step it up I'm your same height and weight and I do a 3-5-10-5-3-3-max set with 195 on bench. and you should also change up your weights every now and then.

Just think about this every second you're not working for it, that guy you are trying to beat is!

Sorry to be so long and if you need anything else don't be afraid to ask...

The legal age is 16 in Canada, so that takes away the problem of statutory rape. I'm 14 years older than my partner, but then I'm in my mid 50s and he's in his early 40s which gives us a lot more life experience in common. If anything, he's the "brake" on my impetuosity, and when I'm all gung-ho to go skydiving from a plane he's the one who will remind me I had my knee replaced just six months ago and is skydiving REALLY such a good idea! If I were going to make a suggestion: work on becoming friends -- and very good friends, at that -- before even considering introducing sex into the relationship. You already have a good deal of life experience which he doesn't; and one thing which is common among gay and straight guys is that our first real romantic and sexual experience is really intense and it's real easy for us to get our hearts broken. He may be gorgeous, and look and act like an adult, but he is still 16 years old. I'm not saying that you shouldn't have a relationship with him at some point, but I don't think you want to risk breaking his heart, especially while the two of you are sharing a lease -- so my suggestion would be to GO SLOW.

Ask your coach, since the coach has the final say as to who starts and who is in reserve!
