I just want a ball park number of how much one kid would cost on average throughout their life?

If you breastfeed and cloth diaper the first years at least are inexpensive. After researching I decieded it was best for our baby to sleep with us, so no crib costs...

However this question is difficult because lifestyle choices vary so much. It's like saying; how much does it cost to be 23 years old? Depends on how you choose to live.

It depends on the age and school and all kinds of stuff. Be a little more specific. I have 3 kids and it can get really expensive but then at times with hand me downs and friends and family helping out the expense really isn't all that bad.

That would depend on the age of the child, which month, whether or not they participate in extra ciricular activities, and if its a boy or girl.
