I remember the sky bars, and the nugent candies, and the 25cent large trisum chips, the unchanged coke, the penny candies, but they were 5/one cent, how many goodies do you remember, and or low priced things to do or eat? Have fun with this one.

Oh to be a child of the 70's....marathon bars and they were 25 cents, zero bars and penny candy like bubblegum and mary janes. Little debbies swiss rolls and coke in the bottle and salted peanuts.
I remember after school, you could go to the convenience store and buy a can drink and chips for around 50 cents.
If I didnt have change for the store....I would just have peanut butter and saltine crackers and a coke.

I remember going on an errand with my parents and getting a yoo-hoo. It tasted so good. When I get a yoo-hoo today, it never tastes as good as it did when I was three years old going on errand with my parents!
Let's see I loved Jax cheese doodles, Howard Johnson's chocolate ice cream, kit-kats, orange tootsie roll pops, grilled cheese and chocolate milk, and large chocolate cookies from a local bakery in NYC.
Also Sunday night dinner in Chinatown in NYC, Shrimp and Lobster sauce with lomein and white rice was my favorite!
