If you have a credit card you can go to onesuite.com and pay 2.2 cents a minute. Its like a phone card only online and with much better prices.
Not sure if you can do it with just a bank account.
I used this when my husband was in China for 3 months and we spent $40 talking twice a day over the 3 months.

you mean yell loudly...loud is an adjective....you are trying to describe how to yell...yell is a verb loudly is an adverb, that's why it's called an adverb....that's all the help you need to know the difference. we can't do anymore than that. it's up to you after that.......what you said is to stand on the shore and yell the word "loud". standing on the shore and yelling loudly is redundant anyway. unless you are confused enough to yell quietly...so what you wasn't quite as stupid as you thought....the truth is that you are a lot more stupid that you think you are, which is actually understandable....you should be aware that if you don't want people to realize that you're an idiot you should remember to shut up all the time.
