a cheerleader is a girl that is part of a cheerleading team.... Usually has LOTS of spirt.....they usually get a bad reputation for being snobby, popular and blonde, but that is NOT true at all. We all take cheerleading very serously. they cheer for some sort of sport. It is a very great sport consisting of dance and gymnastics, also stunting(holding up girls, and then throwing and catching them in the air). Some teams go competitive. This means that they compete against each other. You well get a place 1st, 2cnd, 3rd, ect. and then you go on competing until you either get to nationals, or do not place high enough to get to the next place. Some people say that cheerleading is not a sport... but you will only know for sure until you've tried it..... they don't know how hard we work!!!!

a cheerleader is someone ussually a female that cheers for a team whos only real job is too look good at sporting events....prerequitsites: be extremely hot, date a football or basketball player, be a ditz

I'm not quite sure but I would guess it's the same as a hello dolly. Lie on the floor and do a leg lift. now with your legs at 45° and straight as possible slowly spread you legs to the sides and then bring them back to the middle.
sounds dirty I know but I'm completely cereal. I used to do them when I trained with my recruiters
