The celtics are doing well but they play in the eastern conference, the weak sister of the Nba. If they were in the west they would be the sixth best team, so don't jump on the lovefest bandwagon just yet.

Go Celtics! I hope they win so we can finally celebrate about the NBA season starting again and plus the Spurs are sooo boring. The only thing I am concerned about is the depth of that team against such a heavily loaded team that is from the WEST.
Edit: To Metal, not all of us are bandwagoners! I have been a fan for my entire life! But I guess most people are fans of teams who have had bandwagoners from years ago like the Suns after Steve Nash came. What I don't get is why us FAITHFUL fans can't be happy when their team who has done so bad for so long gets good without getting insulted.

Celtics fans sound a little cocky. I guess after being bottom feeders for so long has got them worked up. I wouldn't get to excited about the fast start. It's a long season, and deeper teams like the Spurs and Suns are built a little better for playoff basketball. The big three are all getting up in age and they have no other decent players. Put Duncan on KG, Bowen and Manu on Pierce and Allen, I like the Spurs odds.

Boston could beat the spurs in their sleep. The Celtics are so good, I think they will be winning more Championships like they did when they still had Bird.
Pierce, Allen, and Garnett are gonna kill any opposing teams and the whole Celtics team is just unbelievable. They are awesome and unstoppable.

Nah not really, they already do. Suns will own them this year. We'll be better in so many aspects than last year...Grant Hill, Barbosa improving, Nash shooting crazy percentages, Stoudamire will be better, and we have a deeper bench now. Only thing we lost was Kurt and he's been replaced.
And my second favorite team, the Warriors!, can beat anyone in the league so they've got a shot at it too. Baron Davis and Steve Nash are the sickest point guards in the league.

My favorite has a great of beating the San Antonio Spurs this year. And my favorite NBA team is the Phoenix Suns.

Lets put it this way, the celtics and spurs would be a good matchup and the celtics could not beat the spurs in there sleep but I think they would win. Here is why Barry and rey allen :allen wins. KG or Dunkan KG is putting up better #s but Dunkan has more expeirience, so tht is about equal then bruce bowen or pual peirce: Pierce wins thts 2:0 but the spurs bench is better so tht makes it 2:1 mayb the other players from the spurs are better but they are not as improtant. So tht makes it 2:2 but which is more important the big three or the spurs bench?? obviosly the big three so that is why the celtics will win!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite team is the Mavs, we can go to the finals this year. Celtics, they're in the east, so if spurs can get to the finals, u can sweep them.

damn Celtics bandwagon jumpers, lol, there was never this many fans before this year.....
and i would like to think my team could, but i doubt they can right now, but in a couple years for sure the Raptors can....heck maybe even right now, they just gotta make better shot selection in the fourth quarter
