At first I was going to say that I bet someone off camera is gently pulling their tails. But when the one started licking the other, I got distracted by their cuteness and determined that them talking to one another is the only possible answer! >^..^<

omg my cat made those noises once. 2 times for 2 reasons.
1. Someone accidently stepped on their tail
2. my cat wanted something rlly badly and meowed to get my attention

Of course ! Sure animals talk to each other but people do not understand them. To me animals are by far smater than people ! 1, They understand us but we don"t understand them. 2, We go to work everyday, they do not ! We give them food and shelter, they just love us !
