Take it out and rinse it off score it then you can cover it in many things...
Try putting it in a roasting pan and pouring mango juice over in and filling the pan up half an inch with the juice put sliced pineapple on top of the ham, cover in foil and cook for about an hour, till the pineapple start to brown.
You can also put grape jelly on the outside.
I actually take the ham, cut a 3/4 of an inch hole through the center and fill it will cranberrys (fresh) and some cranberry sause (mix the sause and cranberries together) then I pour Chardonnay (I use Arbor Mists mixed fruit one) over the top.
When you slice it make sure you slice it so every slice have the filling in the middle.. and the ham is in kind of a donut shape. I put a little extra of the cranberry mixture on the side, and server it with something lihgt like a salad or I make a potato and cabbage casserole.
Hope this helps... But there are many things you can do with a canned Ham

You don't even have to remove it from the can although you could. Either way put the ham into the pouch of a
trebuchet, stand back, and launch it. Hormel hams in can hold the record of 471 yards but Dak is responding to the challenge with more aerodynamic packaging.
After landing it can still be given to Koreans.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7fE
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Remove your ham from the can and rinse it off (it will have a jellied substance on it!) Score your ham and then pat on a mixture of brown sugar, ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and dried mustard. Bake it for about 15 minutes per pound to warm it thru.

Ham isn't one of my favorite entrees - I like it better when a little is used as an ingredient. You could use your's to make split pea soup, jambalaya or arroz con pollo maybe.

I agree throw it away (or feed it to the dog), you can use it like any ham, you don't need to heat it up or anything you can use it sliced in sanga's or sliced in a salad on pizza etc but it is revolting! It would just be mean putting it in a food drive.
