I floss after every meal, and before I had braces I flossed in the morning after breakfast and before I went to bed. Flossing is extremely important, and just because you do not have a cavity does not mean that you don't have plaque and tartar buildup.

Just remember, just because people don't tell you that you have bad breath doesn't mean that you don't. A lot of the bacteria and decaying food will sit in between your teeth, which is one of the sources of bad breath, next to a less than clean tongue. Flossing also helps prevent gum disease, so I really hope that you consider flossing.

If you go into Wal-Mart or a similar store you can pick up a brand called Plackers, which is just floss on a stick, and you can floss anywhere in just a matter of a minute or so (if you're flossing really good).

Every single day, twice a day, without fail, I'm not gonna preach, but flossing is just as important as brushing and removes all the nasty stuff that your brush cant reach.

I can't stand to floss, but I try to do it at least once a week. I'll do it more if I feel like it. I brush, use mouthwash and use a floride rinse twice a day.

I do and you might have no cavities but you mainly floss for gum health. When you start to have bleeding gums and your teeth get loose and fall out do to gum disease you will see why you should floss.
