Use natural outside lighting -- the sun is your greatest source! Ponds, lakes, and rivers offer some neat water reflections! Also look at anything Metal outside...they also reflect light and imagery! Look at nature and to the outdoors for reflective imagery.

You are right, reflections are everywhere, so you need to find a common element that ties them all into a theme. How about "a distorted view" showing reflections of the same subject off of irregular surfaces (windows, water, glassware, silverware, etc.)
It could be a person or object, just move in close enough so the viewer can get an idea what the surface is and use a narrow depth-of-field (large lens opening, f4 or less) to blur the background.

Years ago I did a series of reflections in standing water after a rain. They were in a parking lot so the images were rather interesting - blue sky and clouds surrounded by asphalt.
Buy a silver mylar balloon and use it to capture reflections.

My favorite pic in that category is the guy who tried to sell a silver tea kettle on ebay, but took the pic while completely nude.
My advice is make sure you are wearing clothes while shooting any reflective surfaces.
My serious advice is: how about reflections from eyes, that is difficult to capture, but cool.

The reflection of something off a skyscraper can look cool too.

Ha, this is funny because I'm doing that exact assignment right now. I chose "Paraskevedakatriaphobia" or fear of Friday the 13th. A girl is doing fear of bees which is really cool because she's got like a giant honeycomb and bee... Someone else is doing cyclophobia, the fear of bicycles. Those are the two that are sticking out in my mind.
