According to the Bible, man is inherently evil. Genesis 6:5 says "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." Note the word "evil continually". That exempts no one.
Back to your question, not only are there evil people. The truth is: all people are sinful, and therefore have evil inclination. Only God can change the evil nature of man. Only those who are regenerated by God has the capacity to display "goodness" in them. However, from time to time, though regenerated, a man can still fall into sin , because by nature, man is sinful.

Yes I do believe in truly evil people. I think that some people can ignore their conscience for such a long time that they can do anything to anyone without feeling guilty.

Yes! I believe that people can be truly evil. I believe in witches, warlocks, demons, etc. I also believe that they are letting some aspect of their mind be controled by the devil.

Yes I do. You have to be truly evil to murder a baby! I think those people deserve the death penalty if anyone does.

yes. actually we all have a lil evil in us. some people are so evil they don't want to see any happiness in the world. those are the one's who are insecure and greedy. capitalism, wealth too, is promoted by evil. eating meat is evil. its the murdering of innocent animals. there is a lot of evil in this world. slavery, aka colonization which promoted capitalism is evil. life has evil, but without the evil, we wouldn't have good people.

I think there is true evil around. But I also think in some cases it is just the human perception that defines something or someone as "evil."

Evil is a hard word to define......If you believe that pro-choice people are evil, then yes. If you're talking about people like Charles Manson, then yes. It has to do with chemical imbalances in their brains that predispose them to unlawful behavior.
I do believe that with treatment, most people that are evil can live moral fulfilling lives.

You can see many of them in your prisons Who have murdered innocent people and do not remorse. Killing men to them is like killing a fly. Such are no doubt the evil ones.

Yes.
Everyone is an evil wicked person.
I dont care how innocent or good they may appear...we are all wicked people.
Compared to God's holiness and righteousness...
Our righteousness is like filthy rags.
If we could see our sin for what it really is, we would be horrified and greatly ashamed.
But praised be Jesus who died and shed His blood and rose again so that we could be cleansed and not have to suffer in the Lake of Fire which we deserve.

People may do good or bad things, but evil doesn't exist.
Some people tend to do destructive or selfish things. They may or may not have "valid" reasons for doing so, but yes, they exist.
