I was trying to repair my credit by myself and I disputed items a few things were deleted while one was verified/ updated. Does that mean that the 7yrs until it is removed will start over? Also on the items that were deleted can they come back?

Like the other posters said, it cannot legally be reaged.
If the creditor removed it through no dispute, it "cannot" legally be placed back on your reports.
If the tradeline was removed because of a dispute, it legally can be put back on if the creditor verifies it.
Though, unless you are notified of the reinsertion within 5 days, it would be a violation for them to place it back on your reports.

Always keep an eye on the fall off date with every updated credit report you receive and keep "every" credit report. If that date changes then they have reaged it and you will have them on that violation and you will have the proof in your older credit reports. (the "update" dates are not the fall off dates)
Not only collectors, but some original creditors have been known to illegally reage accounts.

You might click on my profile and do some reading to the links I have listed to the FCRA, FDCPA, etc.

The seven years does not start over. That is the good news.

Here is the bad news. The information you had removed is likely to be posted again unless you challenged it properly. It is good to dispute information but the problem is that the CRA's think they are above the law and will repost that information even if the information comes in AFTER the legal time they have to receive it. The truth is that the Fair Credit Reporting Act is very clear on this issue. That information can NEVER be reposted again. But, since most people do not know that the information is supposed to be removed permanently or they don't have the finances to fight the CRA's in court, it is easy for the Credit Reporting Agencies to do whatever they want with your report.

Did you know that the CRA's are trying to become the de facto tax collectors? If that happens, they will have ABSOLUTE control over your financial situation. Think about it. If they are trying to get that kind of control, how worried do you think they are about violating the law? Even the Government won't be able to stop them.

Get a copy of your credit report to make sure the items have been removed from your credit..this way in the future if they come back you can have a document showing that this was no longer on your credit and that they have been removed..also get the name of the Representative that you spoke to for future reference....and NO the 7 years doesn't start over.

Anytime any action is taken on your part regarding a delinquent account, the seven year period does start over. The items that were deleted from your report can only appear on your credit report again if the creditor reports the information again. This does actually happen from time to time so keep an eye on your report for at least the next six months. Also, make sure that you have disputed the items with all three credit bureaus, not just one.

No the 7-years doe's not start over.

As far as the others coming back, it depends, a lot of times creditors do not respond within the allowed time and accounts are deleted, but then the creditors do respond and verify the accounts and the information is posted again.
