is there a way to delete/discover the password in an excel document?

let me know if you need more information, since i dont know anything about passwords in excel

alright. i have new details that will make this make more sense.

So, you can edit the whole body of text and everything. but its the workbooks that are "Protected". when i go to click "unprotect workbook", a box pops up asking for a password. but the person who made this document, forgot the password.

is there anyway to figure out what the password is?
