LOt polish Airlines To USA/Canada in the past?

What US and Canadain Cities did Lot polish airlines fly in the past? What was the frequency of these flights? I know they used IL-62 and 767. What were the routes?

Toronto and Los Angeles within the past 5 years; Montreal before that. Currently to Chicago and New York (and still Toronto too I think). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LOT_Polish_Airlines The airline already has nonstop flights scheduled for summer 2008 from Newark, JFK, O'hare, and Toronto to Warsaw, from Chicago and New York to Krakow, and from Newark to Rzeszow.
