I have been taking one 10 mg tablet of lexapro per day for over 3 years now, so what are the long term side efffects?

If your doctor prescribes it they have considered the benefits out way the risks including the side effects. Common are stomach upset, weight gain, thoughts of suicide mostly in younger people, and the sexual dysfunctions.
