I want to know if there are rules in Heaven, and if there are, what are the rules...like not jumping or jokes. etc. thanks

You don't get into heaven unless you are perfect. Perfection needs no rules.

They are the same rules that apply to us right now. They can be found in Ex. 20:3-17, pay especial attention to vs. 8-11 and also read Gen. 2:1-3, and then Mark 2:27,28, and Rev. 12:17; and Rev. 14:12.
