I don't know maybe I'm freaking out because everyone seems not to be concerned family wise. The only symtom that worries me is his eye hurting on the same side of that earache. Could it just be an earache and just set up and appt. with his pediatrician or could it be a more serious problem.

the chances are your son has an ear infection which will in return affect the eye at times and can also effect the throat, all your sinuses are conected, so the best thing for you to do is book an appointment with your gp and get it checked out .

This is probably related and children 3 years old have trouble isolating exactly where the pain is coming from. Hopefully, you are treating him with ibuprofen or tylenol on a regular basis to keep him comfortable (dose him by his weight only) until you can get him in to see if he has an ear infection.

Could be an ear infection, could be cutting a jaw tooth and the whole side of the head hurts. Make him a hot pad (warm) and see if he will lay on it. Call the Dr. and see which pain pill he can safely have. Tylenol??
